Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Reflex - video review

Usually Gamespot rates Wii games much lower than expected or not at all. They give this game props for many things that the IGN review said were lacking. This should tell you something about what's happened to IGN....

Sorry to the person who posted a comment here, I deleted it by accident. Feel free to try again. Thanks

What's happened at IGN? Because they gave the game a bad review and didn't agree with Gamespot?

This game has a rating of 76.7 percent on gamerankings.com. Clearly Bozon isn't the only one who found problems with this game.

A review is one guy's opinion, not an entire company's. You sound like an ignorant fanboy when you make comments like that.

Like I said before, of course I'm a fanboy. Why the hell would I be interested in making my own blog dedicated to Nintendo if I wasn't? Ignorant? Nah. Just seeing the fact that Gametrailers, Gamespot and Vgchartz all gave this game over an 8.5 rating which is a far cry from Bozon's seemingly rushed review.

Bozon's review sucked ass.

It's not that Bozon gave a different review, he gave a misinformed one. It's one thing to have a different opinion, but it's another to have point out flaws that don't really exist.

Bozon had a huge problem with the controls and framerate with the Wii version, but none of the others, including GameSpot have. Reviewers have different opinions, sure. But if there is one glaring issue with the game, whether its framerate issues or controls, they all would point it out and bring the game down for it. Which is why Bozon has been attacked for his review.

And besides, it isn't the review that's wrong with IGN, the whole site hasn't been the same lately. If you take a look at the comments section on some of the articles, a lot of their users have pointed out some inconsistencies, grammatical errors, glaring omissions, and contradictions in other areas besides the Wii channel.

the term fanboy has many meanings wen it comes to nintendo i think its far more something to be proud of than IDIOT based like sony and microsoft fans

EXAMPLE

PS3 FAN PLAYS PRO EVO THE OLD FASHIONED WAY BASHNG BUTTONS AND PLAYING ONE PLAYER AT A TIME THEN CALLS HIMSELF HARDCORE

A Wii FANBOY PLAYS PRO EVO WII WITH ADVANCED POINT MOTION AND ALL 11 PLAYER TACTICAL CONTROLS AND THE SAME ABOVE SONY FAN CALLS HIM CASUAL

CAN YOU SEE HOW DAM STUPID THEY ARE

THE BUTTOM MASHER IS CASUAL THE ADVANCED CONTROL GUY IS PLAYING ENHANCED

THEY JUST DONT GET IT DO THEY

SAME APPLYS COD BASH A OLD AZZ DUALSHOCK CALL YOUR SELF CORE

THEN CALL A GUY WITH FULLY CUSTOMIZABLE TRUE FPS WII CONTROLS AND CUSTOMIZABLE ZAPPER MODES CASUAL

SONY AND MICROSOFT FANS ARE MARKETING BRAINWASHED

NINTENDO FANS ARE GAMING EDUCATED THATS THE FUNDAMENTAL DIFFERENCE

SORRY SONY MICRO FANS ITS THE TRUTH

LONG LOADTIMES ALSO NOT ACCEPTED BY NINTENDO FANS AND ALL TRUE GAMERS

YET YOU GUYS PUT UP WITH THEM = NOT REALLY CORE JUST THINKS HE IS

Gamespot also fires people who don't give high enough scores to games that pay them big advertising money. -_-

Both reviews said that the frame rate dips a lot and the controls aren't as good as other Wii Fps.

Bozon admitted that the game was decent, (hence the 7.0), it just so happens that those aforementioned issues bothered Bozon more than Gamespot. Nothing more.

If your having problems with imprecise shooting adjust the cursor sensativity to zero. Made the game easier for me. The only problem now is the dodgy hit recognition or whatever it's called.

I'm glad they ported MW2 to the Wii. Wii is an excelent platform for first person shooters. I really enjoyed The Conduit a lot. I'll have to get this one.
