Has anyone been playing the PAL version of this game yet? If so, how would you rate it compared to IGN's review? I've heard plenty of the game having frame rate issues but overall I think it looks fantastic on the Wii.

I won't read IGN, but it's certainly a good game that's nowhere near as good as Xenoblade. (There *is* slowdown, but it isn't remotely game-breaking or even game-affecting.)
The frame rate issue only happens when there is a lot going on screen. I would rate the game a 9/10 same as I would with xenoblade. Combat system in my opinion is better then Xenoblade. The world in Last story is smaller but more detailed. Although most of the levels are set in caves.
