Call of Duty: World at War - gameplay video

This game looks awesome, very awesome. World War II or no World War II, I think this is going to be a good choice to purchase. See you online!

Hmm, nice. Except his hands are ugly. But I guess that's to be expected since he's in a war and all.

skin looks ps2ish as does all human art the wii can do fantastic skin and texture detail its like cod 4 engine with ps2 level guys running round the environments at only 30 frames SORRY Wii CAN DO MUCHMORE THAN THIS not complaining overall its nice but comeon theres some lazy bits in there OH WELL THE 3RD PARTYS CONTINUE TO TAKE US FOR A RIDE

Developers have made it this far on the Wii's graphical capabilities, and we will definately see more with the The Conduit, Monster Hunter 3, and Factor 5's upcoming Wii project. The system's true capabilities will eventually be shown before 2011, which is Nintendo's expected year to release their new console.

just picked this up in uk controls are weird and sluggish, the animations are slow the art direction is awful, the controls feel like your aiming thru custard and the way the camera moves just feels weird everything looks grey and colour use is crap and i had at 30 frames not 60

MOH heroes 2 has way way better controls much faster animations and twice the frame rate

and 4x the online players also at twice the framerate

im so disapointed activition have gimped this game big time

oh theres also pop up graphics i hate pop up and the water is just a joke its like n64 water

its that bad people it really is

Controls might not be up to MOHH2 standards but everything else in W@W is sooo much better. From graphics, story, intensity to atmosphere.
MOHH2 was total rubbish in every department but control and on-line.

Buy and enjoy a really good fps on Wii.

post 3/8/10 guy

giving it more time the disc to wii streaming is coursing all sorts of pop up and frame judders, and the disc drive is screaming all the dam time,, AND I SERIOUSLY MISS MOH HEROES 2 CONTROL POLISH AND THE NUNCHCUCK LEARN OUT FROM BEHIND OBJECTS, AND THE SMOOTH FRAMERATE ANIMATION RATE

ALSO WERE ARE THE WIIMOTE SPEAKER WEAPONS SOUNDS THERE SIMPLY NOT THERE....

PLANTS POP UP WALL TEXTURES POP UP LOADING COURSES TERRIBLE JUDDER

DEVELOPERS STREAM UR DATA BETTER AND USE COMMONSENSE USE FLASH RAM AS A RAM BUFFER SAY 64MB OF IT

PRESTO NO POP UP AND BETTER FRAMERATES...

its a near good game lacking polish and budget if this ran as smooth and controlled as smooth as moh heroes 2 IT WOULD HAVE BEEN FANTASTIC
