look @ the nintendo controller-handheld patent there melting down,not seeing were this can go,the patent suggests to me a full touch screen and two NEW STYLE SLIDER PADS
AKA-3D SLIDER PADS,THAT ACT AS ANALOG MOUSE STICKS,COME DIRECTION BUTTON ACTIONS,this is what iv been saying for years now,and i hoped gamepad would have them..
take that patent idea abd apply it to a FPS...
left stick is movement second stick is also movement or a combo of movement and actions by pressing slightly then directing the stick LEFT RIGHT UP DOWN you no longer need ABXY there IN THE STICK
PRESTO ALL THE TRADITIONAL THINGS A FACE OF A PAD OFFERS INSIDE TWO STICKS...
the touch screen is secondery actions and touch the second stick is either assisted by the 9axis gyro for aim movment or replaces it compleatly...
so say COD left stick movement,second stick ACTIONS ABXY gyro is MOUSE AIM like wii remote shoulder buttons-triggers are scope and shoot
mouse wheels are menus and peep from behind walls etc
your thumbs never ever have to leave the sticks,AMAZING im sick of neogafs comunity there a bunch of fansboys hating on SUPERIOR CONTROLS...
if i can tilt aim like a wii remote and action command with dirrectional press i can maintain FULL CONTROL without ever moving my thumbs from the new clever slider pads
touch screen becomes more usfull and intergrated...
PEOPLE ARE SO DUMB THEY DONT GET IT...
