While many have been criticizing this game for it's graphical and technical problems, going so far as to say that the game got "downgraded" since it's debut in 2014, you can see in this video that the game actually has improved graphics over it's debut form. The lighting, textures and shadows have all been improved. It's not a great looking game by any means but it at least did not get downgraded.

The Devil's Third - E3 2014 vs 2015 Graphics Comparison
