Going to the Call of Duty website will show you that it has revealed that you can now link your Nintendo Network account to Activision. This was something that was previously unavailable on the Call of Duty website and with Activision announcing last year that Advanced Warfare would not be coming to the Wii U, it seemed like features like this would not be coming to Nintendo's console or anymore Call of Duty games, so seeing this seems to make a lot of sense that Black Ops III has a good chance of coming to the Wii U now since Activision would not have any reason to use this feature from callofduty.com.
