If you don't want to speculate or have your expectations ruined in some way, by all means don't watch the video but for most, getting an understanding of what the game is going to be like is important to them especially since the last handful of 3D Sonic games have not been all that great, with the exception of Sonic Colors.

Sonic Lost World - New TGS Trailer Analysis
Another day, another Sonic Lost World analysis.
