StreetPass San Diego is a community of Nintendo 3DS owners who get together about once a month to StreetPass (exchanging game data), play games, participate in tournaments and more. They have raffles to win Nintendo items and the tournaments have prizes. Participations in the events, tournaments and raffles are all absolutely free!
