Sonic Colors - new screens

From all the footage and gameplay impressions from E3, it seems that Sonic Colors plays a lot like Sonic Unleashed only without the Wolf/Sonic parts (which is a good thing). Hopefully this is a good Sonic game without any "yeah but this one thing is holding it back" parts in it. Wishful thinking I know since Sonic can't seem to catch a break these days.

If this doesn't pan out, which I have a feeling it won't, at least Sonic fans have Sonic the Hedgehog 4.

I don't blame you for not getting your hopes up. Games like Sonic and the Black Knight have really hurt the blue dude a lot recently.

Does anyone remember Sonic and the Black Knight? Hell, does anyone also remember Sonic and the Secret Rings? I don't think the Wii-exclusive Sonic games made a single blip on their radars, even though they didn't contributed anything. Virtually every gamer attributes Sonic the Hedgehog (PS3/360) and Sonic Unleashed for the downfall of the series.

I actually did like Sonic and the Secret Rings besides it having a lot of control and camera problems. I'm just hoping this is a solid game.

I agree with Metaldave. I really enjoyed Sonic and the Secret Rings too. Especially after you play for awhile and get super fast :P
