New Super Mario Bros. Wii - 99 lives trick still works!
Or should I say Nintendo just put it back in the game? This game is fantastic, I'm really enjoying my time with it so far. Have you guys tried the multiplayer yet? This game is pure old school Mario with some new school tricks to keep it fresh. Enjoy.

I played multiplayer for about 3 hours on Sunday morning with 3 other guys. And let me just say this, if the people you are playing with are of equal skill, the multiplayer is awesome. I haven't tried it with non-skilled gamers yet though.
The game is very hectic and there's a lot of sabotaging going on, even in the non-Coin Battle version. Coin Battle is a whole separate story, that's sabotage central.
I played with non-skill sister she have 3 continues in 1-1 level! She laught a lot becouse its more tricky than Left 4 Dead (or even Quake 3) to her.
Game IS awesome!!!
I have download all the demos........and really looks lovely......
Funny thing happened... I was playing Dead Space in my brother's house and basically it was just me alone in the living room. People were talking in the kitchen and in some of the other rooms in the house.
I stopped playing and decided to try New Super Mario Bros Wii. Which really was the reason why I was at my brother's house. Well sir, as soon as I started playing and the the familiar plink of gold coins and SMB sound effects filled the room, I suddenly found myself surrounded by everyone in the house. They all had big smiles on their faces. Most of them had played the original SMB on the NES or SNES at one time or another.
So I guess classic Super Mario still got that magic touch with ppl.
