Super Mario Galaxy London launch pics

Hey, you gotta dress the part right? Super Mario Galaxy might be the only game in a very long time to actually live up to every bit of hype that was made for it.

I like that first image. I wonder if that is even anywhere anyone can see it. It looks sort of like it may be out in the boonies.

I am about 28 stars or so into the game now and I am starting to love it. I'll be honest, after hearing all the hype I was a little let down when the game didn't do my laundry but now that I am a little deeper into the experience I can say that I am very pleased. I can't wait to get home and play it again.

Dude, I don't know about you but I do not want this game to stop!

I currently have 29 stars and I cant get enough of it. Everything about the game is fantastic.

Geek talk here but . . . That pic is in the side of Battersea Power Station which is out of use but is now a listed building. It's not that far out of Central London I don't think (from Yorkshire myself). If you watch the film "Children of Men" it features in that as some art gallery I think.

I love the lighting in the game when you get a star and Mario is floating in the air with the star twirling around him. I love it how the lighting from the star eluminates Marios face. For a Mario game, or really any game for that matter, this game is gorgeous. I never would have thought a Mario game would impress me with graphics.

And Children of Men was awesome. I love that movie.
